A survey? For whom?
For boaters on the Walloon waterways and mainly on the Meuse and the Sambre.
A survey? Why?
- To determine boater expectations as effectively as possible.
- To refine the various services intended for them as a preparation for the 2011 season.

During the summer of 2010, until the end of September 2010.
A survey? How?
- With the participation of the marina managers, who will be handing an eleven-question questionnaire to the boaters who visit their infrastructures.

To thank the boaters for granting us a little of their time, a competition has been organised. For the lucky winners: a €75 gift voucher to be redeemed in some Pays des Vallées accommodation until the end of 2011. There will be 10 gift vouchers per marina (16) to be won, by drawing lots in September 2010.
